This workbook helps leaders to expand their qualities of transformational leadership. Leaders develop a Leadership Development Plan (LDP) based on the results of the MLQ 360 Leader's Report. It contains developmental behaviors for each MLQ scale and item. Leadership is examined with respect to its relevance to work as well as being examined in the broader context of the life space of the leader.

The workbook may be used by a consultant, teacher or trainer or be used by a self-guided leader who sets developmental goals and is willing to work to reach them.

The workbook is 48 pages long and some of the information may not be needed by every leader. Therefore, a customizable version of the workbook is available.
